To schedule an appointment, please contact me at (678) 266-8693. I accept appointments at these specific hours: Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 7:00pm. Friday 8:30am through 2:00pm, Saturday 8:30am through 12:00pm

Office Locations

My practice is based in Acworth, Georgia. However, I am currently providing Telemental Health Only. I anticipate that I will be settled in my new office in the near future.
